St. Jude Catholic Church

Come and join your friends and make some new ones. This group is open to all youth in the 7th and 8th grade level. Participate in meetings, retreats, camps, and other service events. Meetings are every other Sunday in the school gym between 3:30 and 5:00 pm.

Recording artist - Tom Wiesner, had been a part of Knoxville's Youth Ministry and Music Ministry scene for some time now. We were blessed here in the Chattanooga area to have Tom come and perform for the St. Jude Lock-In, March 2004. What a blessing that was. Tom's love of Christ and his faith are reflected in his inspiring songs. Check out his website and learn more about the man behind the music.

Weekly Prayer:
There is no sound like rain, God. Rain on a roof, rain on the ground, rain
on the trees, it's all good. There is a sense of newness in the water, God.
There is a sense of second chances. You send the rain to care for the
planet. It brings new life and new hope. The rain brings relief. We need
these things too, God. We need new life. We need hope. God, we need relief!
But there is joy in the water. There is joy in the drenching feeling of
playing in the rain. There is peace in the sound and smell of it. Wash away
all that covers us, God. Our mistakes cling to us like dirt. Make us new,
