IOWA TESTING  All students in grades 1-8 will be taking their ITBS tests this week.  Please do not schedule any appointments during these mornings.

CROSSING GUARD  Ed, our regular crossing guard, will be out of commission for some time, so  we are looking for a substitute!!!  Work for ½ hour in the morning and 45 minutes in the afternoon and earn $20/day.  Plus, we might be done with the snow!  Call 877-6022 if you are interested.

ALUMINUM CAN CONTEST  Bring your aluminum cans to 2nd level when dropping of kids on Wed., March 10, to win cash for the classrooms!  The grades with the most cans get money from the Boy Scouts, you get to clear out the garage – it’s a win-win situation!

UPCOMING VIRTUS TRAINING  There will be a Virtus training session at St. Stephen on March 18 at 6:30.  Anyone with contact with the students (chaperones, substitutes, coaches, etc.) must be Virtus trained.  You can register online at Virtus.org.

DAY OFF COMING!  March 15 is a Professional Development day for the teachers and staff – students will have the day off. 

AR OUT-OF-UNIFORM DAY  The out-of-uniform day for students who earned their required AR points for the third quarter will be March 17.

STUDENT FEES FOR 2010/2011  Student Fees for the school year 2010/2011 will again be $500 per child.  The Student Fees are due on April 1.

STATIONS OF THE CROSS  Everyone is welcome to join us for Stations of the Cross each Friday during Lent.  On Fri., March 12, Stations will be at 2:15. 

ND IRISH BALL  Mark your calendar for ND’s Irish Ball on Saturday, March 13, at the National Guard Armory from 7 – 11:30.  Proceeds go to completing renovations on the physics and biology labs. Tickets are $40 in advance/$45 at the door and can be ordered online at www.myndhs.com or by calling 624-4618 ext. 1020.
